Unlike standard off-the-shelf boxes, this enclosure is custom-sized to fit the client’s specific PCB layout and thermal requirements.

Manufacturing Process Insight
Laser Cutting
We use fiber laser cutters to achieve clean edges and cut precise ventilation patterns that would be impossible with traditional punching.

CNC Bending
Using high-precision press brakes with automatic angle measurement, we ensure the folded dimensions are accurate to within ±0.2mm.

Hardware Insertion
PEM nuts and standoffs are installed using a hydraulic press, providing strong threads in thin sheet metal.

Powder Coating
The final black powder coat offers a durable, scratch-resistant finish that also provides electrical insulation.
