We handle sub-assembly and final assembly for metal and plastic parts, including fastening, fitting, insert installation, bonding, wiring, and functional testing. Typical assemblies include enclosures, brackets, housings, mechanisms, and multi-part mechanical units for industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
Because we also manufacture many of the components ourselves — through CNC machining, stamping, casting, injection molding, and compression molding — we can control fit, tolerance, and quality across the entire build. Our engineering team reviews assembly drawings, BOMs, and tolerance stack-ups before production, and every finished assembly is backed by dimensional inspection, functional checks, CMM verification, and FAI before shipment.
