Shenzhen Sunmy Hardware Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 and specializes in custom metal and plastic components manufactured from 2D drawings, 3D models or physical samples. Our project scope covers CNC machining, precision turning, casting, sheet-metal stamping, injection molding, tooling development, selected surface finishing and assembly.
We combine owned production capability with audited specialist partners according to the process required by each project. CNC machining and stamping are supported by owned facilities; casting and selected surface-finishing operations are coordinated through audited partners. Final dimensional inspection, CMM verification and FAI are managed by Sunmy engineers before shipment.
Our engineering team supports material selection, process feasibility, tolerance review, surface-finish planning and cost optimization before production. We work with overseas OEMs, engineering teams, procurement teams and product developers, with Europe and North America as primary export markets. Confidential projects can be handled under NDA.
Our dedicated R&D engineers work directly with your team, providing free DFM analysis to optimize your CAD models before production. As a direct manufacturer, we eliminate middlemen, ensuring strict IP protection, faster communication, and fully traceable quality control. We sign NDAs to keep your proprietary designs strictly confidential.
